The Dining Room:

The dining room has a large table providing comfortable seating for 14 people. There is ample crockery and cutlery.

Lounge 

The lounge has comfortable settees, a cosy wood burning stove to sit by and a 42" colour TV.



 

The roomy kitchen has a large range cooker, plenty of cupboards and worktop space. There is an American fridge freezer, toaster, kettles and microwave. A good range kitchen utensils and cookware are supplied. A dishwasher and washing machine are also provided. 

The house has central heating  with additional solar power, there is an analogue fire alarm system installed and fire doors fitted which complies to the Cumbria fire service regulations.

We have wifi internet access

There is a car park across the road and plenty of on street  parking outside the house.

The large comfortable entrance hall contains information on local events and the Lake District.There is an assortment of games and DVDs as well as a large  range of reading material.

There are a number of walks in the local area ranging from a level mile or two to a more strenuous ten mile walk along the fells with great views out over Morecambe Bay and across to the Lakeland Hills.


 

 Patio area
 
Leading from the lounge and dining room is a patio area which guests are invited to use whenever the weather permits. Tables, chairs and parasols are provided. A rotary clothes line is available.
